Over dinner, Emma Sims Hilditch, creative founder of the interior design studio Sims Hilditch, and her husband John, co-founder of Neptune, will share the story of how they each built their businesses, establishing two of the most respected interior brands in Britain. They will reflect on how travel has shaped their work and discuss their shared belief that beauty is at the heart of a happy home.
Please arrive for 6.15pm to enjoy your welcome drink and canapes. Dinner will be served in our private dining room at 7.00pm from a set menu, which is as follows:
Tickets are priced at £95.00 per person and include; welcome drink, canapes and a three course dinner
The evening will include the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of Beautifully British Interiors the second book from the Sims Hilditch studio.
Additionally, guests attending this dinner are eligible for a 20% discount on our standard bed and breakfast rate should you wish to stay the night.

The dinner will be held in our private dining, with guests dining on communal tables.
Books are to be purchased on the night, in addition to the ticket price. They will be signed once purchased on proof of a receipt.
Drinks or wine with dinner are not included and are to be paid for on the night. The welcome drink is provided only.
